Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Fantasia Software (trading as Fantasoft) (“we”, “us”), an Australian business, covering your use of CS2Portfol.io. You accept them by signing in or using the service. Questions: support@cs2portfol.io.
1. The service
CS2Portfol.io provides descriptive analytics on Counter-Strike 2 virtual items and inventories — recorded prices, history, liquidity, grades, alerts and plain-English AI reads. It is general information only: not financial advice, not a broker or marketplace, not a valuation service, and never a prediction of future prices (see the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms). We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence; CS2 items are virtual goods, not financial products. All trading decisions are yours alone.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You sign in with Steam; your account here is bound to your Steam account. Keep your Steam account secure — you’re responsible for activity under your sign-in.
- You must be at least 16 to use the service, and at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to buy a subscription.
- Your account information must be accurate, and one person may not operate multiple accounts to abuse free allowances, the waitlist or the prediction game.
3. Pro subscription & billing
- Pro costs US$3.99 per month (prices shown in USD unless stated otherwise), billed by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Auto-renewal: Pro renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing (or via the Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro access until then. We don’t charge cancellation fees.
- Price changes: we may change the subscription price with at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-product. If you don’t accept a new price, cancel before your next renewal.
- Refunds: other than as required by law, payments already made are not refunded for change of mind for the balance of a period. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — if the service has a major failure you are entitled to the remedies it provides, including a refund where applicable. Billing problem? Email support and we’ll sort it.
- If a renewal payment fails and remains unpaid, Pro features revert to the Free tier; your data is retained per the Privacy Policy.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value; for other failures, to have problems fixed in a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t: misuse, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service or its data feeds; reverse-engineer or copy the service or its data to build a competing product; resell or redistribute our data or AI output as your own; bypass tier limits, rate limits or the signup cap; use the service for anything unlawful, or in connection with gambling services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with notice where practicable.
6. The prediction game
The weekly Pick’em is a free game of skill played for fun and leaderboard standing — no entry fee, no stake, not gambling, and not the analytics predicting prices. Prizes (where offered) are described on the leaderboard page, awarded at our reasonable discretion, delivered as CS2 items via Steam trade, and may be substituted with an item of equivalent stated value. Prize winners may need a valid Steam trade link. The game may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
7. Your data & our IP
- You retain all rights in your Steam inventory — we just read what’s publicly visible to describe it to you.
- The service — its software, design, data compilations, grades, scores and AI output — is owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while these terms apply. Personal, non-commercial exports (CSV etc.) of your own data are yours to keep.
8. Third-party services & trademarks
The service depends on third parties we don’t control — Valve/Steam, Stripe, data sources (SteamWebAPI, CSFloat, Skinport and others) and hosting providers. Their outages, changes or errors can affect the service. CS2Portfol.io is not affiliated with Valve Corporation; “Counter-Strike”, “CS2”, Steam and skin names are trademarks of their respective owners. Some outbound marketplace links are affiliate links — always disclosed, never affecting a price, ranking or read.
9. Service changes, warranty & liability
- We may add, change or retire features. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” — subject to section 4, we don’t warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or data accuracy.
- Subject to section 4 and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or losses from trading decisions, market movements, third-party outages or unauthorised account access; and our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or A$50 if you paid nothing).
- Where legislation implies a condition or guarantee that can’t be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.
10. Termination
You can close your account any time via Settings or by emailing support (data deletion per the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to the service or other users — where practicable with notice, and with a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period if we terminate without cause.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll give reasonable notice (email or in-product) before they take effect; continued use after the effective date means you accept them. If you don’t, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts (this doesn’t deprive you of protections of the law of your place of residence). If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands. A failure to enforce a right isn’t a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between us about the service.
